Lacey Kerr Spa and Wellness Consulting was founded in 2021 with a single mission: to be the most successful, creative, and ground-breaking consultant in the Australian Resort Spa industry. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies.
Here at Lacey Kerr Spa and Wellness Consulting, we specialise in the resort spa industry, working together interdepartmentally to execute the best results for both the company and most importantly; the guest experience. We are a solutions-based company, no task is too hard.
We are educated in all aspects of the spa, wellness and retail operations; from full restructuring of the department and temporary bridging positions within the recruitment process to standard day-to-day mentoring and coaching of the department.
With Lacey's 17 years in the spa and wellness industry working at some of the most prestigious properties throughout Australia, 5 * spaces are her forte. Having had hands-on experience in all areas of the resort operations and all sizes, from smaller boutique properties to larger properties. Working with properties from all over the country from the mountains of Tasmania and crystal clear islands on the Great Barrier Reef to the red dirt and white sand of outback North West Australia, innovative strategies that are easy and efficient to execute are key.
